Connecting Families to Health Resources in Your Community
About This Course
The goal of this course is to help school professionals with connecting families with health resources in their communities. In this online course you will learn introductory strategies for identifying local health resources, creating tailored health resource guides, and for having referral conversations with families and co-workers.
The content is in the form of video presentations recorded by Healthy and Ready to Learn staff, along with resources, practice activities, and an accompanying workbook.
In addition, if you are an educator in New York State and require CTLE certification you may choose to take this course for credit and generate a certificate upon completion.
